What are your operating hours?

We're open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including weekends and holidays. Last appointments are taken at 8:00 PM.

Do I need to book appointments in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure therapist availability, especially on weekends.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Are gift certificates available?

Yes! We offer digital and physical gift certificates that can be purchased for any amount or specific services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, UPI payments, net banking, and cash. Corporate accounts are also available.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have complimentary valet parking for all guests. Simply pull up to the main entrance.

Can I bring my children?

Children under 12 are welcome in our relaxation lounge with supervision, but cannot receive treatments. We offer special teen services for ages 13-17.

Do you offer couples treatments?

Yes! We have a dedicated couples suite where you can enjoy synchronized massages together. Advance booking is required.

What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?

All therapists are fully vaccinated, treatment rooms are sanitized between guests, and we provide optional masks. Please reschedule if you feel unwell.

Can I request a male or female therapist?

Absolutely. You may specify your preference when booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What should I wear for treatments?

Comfortable clothing is recommended. For massages, you may undress to your comfort level - therapists are trained in proper draping techniques.

How early should I arrive?

New guests should arrive 20 minutes early to complete forms. Returning guests should arrive 10 minutes before their appointment.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, we exclusively use vegan and cruelty-free products from ethical suppliers.

Can I use the facilities without a treatment?

Our relaxation lounge, steam room, and Jacuzzi are available to all guests with any treatment booking. Stand-alone facility access requires a day pass.

Do you offer corporate packages?

Yes! We provide customized corporate wellness programs with bulk discounts. Contact our business team for details.

What's the difference between Swedish and deep tissue?

Swedish is lighter and relaxing, while deep tissue focuses on specific muscle tension with firmer pressure. Our therapists can help you choose.

Can I eat before my treatment?

A light meal 1-2 hours before is fine. Avoid heavy meals immediately before body treatments or abdominal massages.

Do you offer pregnancy massages?

Yes, after the first trimester. We have specially trained therapists and pregnancy cushions for comfort.

How do I become a member?

You can purchase any membership package at reception or through our website. All memberships start immediately upon purchase.
